According to David Weinberger’s book: Everything is Miscellaneous (affiliate link), digitalization and Web 2.0 have made everything miscellaneous and traditional information organization is dead.

I don’t agree with that conclusion because I think there is value in curation and information scaffolding. Did I mention that I am a librarian?

I have wide interests and some of them do not require a category on their own for now. Therefore, they are considered miscellaneous for the time being…random stuff.
