Rejoice O Israel lyrics. A song of prayer for Israel, Jerusalem and God’s people written by Karen Lim from the New Creation Worship in Singapore.
This song is inspired by Psalm 122:6-7.
6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper. 7 Peace be within your walls, and prosperity within your palaces.

As the church awaits the return of Jesus Christ, we continue to pray for peace in Jerusalem and Israel. We pray that our Heavenly Father’s favour shine upon the nation of Israel.
Rejoice O Israel Lyrics
I behold a city on a hill A nation torn by war But in that place Adonai says His grace has been poured forth I behold a people Who are waiting for their Lord For He will come with trumpets sound As nations watched in awe Shalom Jerusalem Messiah will come He wiped away your tears and pains Rejoice Daughter of Zion Shalom Jerusalem He's deep within your walls Yeshua will return to reign In majesty and power I behold a people Who are waiting for their Lord For He will come with trumpets sound As nations watched in awe Shalom Jerusalem Messiah will come He wiped away your tears and pains Rejoice Daughter of Zion Shalom Jerusalem He's deep within your walls Yeshua will return to reign In majesty and power Then we see The Son of God Descending from the clouds He will be a radiant light shining glorious and bright on New Jerusalem Shalom Jerusalem Messiah will come He wiped away your tears and pains Rejoice Daughter of Zion Shalom Jerusalem He's deep within your walls Yeshua will return to reign In majesty and power
This song reminds me that God is faithful and His promises stand forever.
One For Israel
I first encountered ONE FOR ISRAEL through a series of video testimonies of Messianic Jews meeting Messiah. The testimonies are now collected at https://www.oneforisrael.org/met-messiah-jewish-testimonies/
The way Jesus came to them was so touching, so compelling. One common theme was all the falsehood about Jesus and the New Testament that were taught to them. Many of them shared that reading Isaiah 53 from the Old Testament was the turning point.
I was surprised to find out that Isaiah 53 was never read in the synagogues. Most Jews do not know there is such a chapter in Israel.
4 Surely he has borne our sickness and carried our suffering; yet we considered him plagued, struck by God, and afflicted.
Isaiah 53:4-6 WEB
5 But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray. Everyone has turned to his own way; and Yahweh has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
We have come to the end of this post. I hope you have found what you are seeking. If not, keep looking. For Jesus said,
9 “I tell you, keep asking, and it will be given you. Keep seeking, and you will find. Keep knocking, and it will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.
Luke 11:9-10 WEB
For God so loved you, He sent His only begotten Son to die on the cross for you. You are precious to Him.
