Sir Arthur Conan Doyle wrote 56 Sherlock Holmes short stories and 4 novels. Many of the stories have been adapted for film. I thought it would be interesting to compile them into a list.
I used the Canon of Sherlock Holmes as listed in Wikipedia to compile this list. The entire canon is listed but not all of them have been adapted or the adaptations could not be found.

Sherlock Holmes is a fictional character created by Arthur Conan Doyle. A Scottish doctor born in 1859 and died in 1930. His stories began in serials and were quickly compiled into books due to their popularity. I highly recommend reading them.
