Mergeland Alice's Adventure

Mergeland Alice’s Adventure is a mobile game developed by Gaming Laboratory. Inspired by Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, the main character is a girl called Ally (supposedly a descendant of Alice). Like her ancestor, she fell through the rabbit hole only to find Wonderland deep in fog. She must help the White Queen and the other characters rebuild Wonderland.

Game Progression

The goal of the game is to help Ally clear the fog and rebuild Wonderland. The fog over Wonderland can be cleared by accumulating points and unlocking with keys. You accumulate points when you do all sorts of activities in the game. Keys are produced by Ally when you feed her with the food created by the characters.

“Find” characters by merging character pieces and rebuilding the dilapidated buildings by merging building materials. Items are produced by mining and clearing obstacles.

White Queen and Foyer

The White Queen is the easiest to unlock. Merge 3 chess pieces. Her home looks like a foyer. Watch the video to see how I did it.

White Rabbit, White Rabbit’s Home and the Garden

The next character is White Rabbit. He can be unlocked by merging watch pieces. Clearing obstacles produces them. Watch the video from 11:45 to see how I did it.

When White Rabbit is unlocked, his home is open for rebuilding. This can be achieved by creating 3 greenhouses (the last 3 in the picture). Create greenhouses by merging greenhouse building materials.

After completing Level 8 of the greenhouse, use it to complete White Rabbit’s home.

The home can be upgraded further by creating the epic greenhouse. Epic greenhouse will only appear when you completed Level 8 greenhouse.

The building material for epic greenhouse is only found in reward chests from time-based ranking events. The chests containing materials for epic greenhouse are usually the third and last chests in the lineup.

Ranking events are random timed events. Try to complete them to collect the reward chests.

The Garden will also be unlocked after completing Level 8 of the greenhouse. Unlock the garden with magic dust first. Then, drag building materials over objects with a small hammer logo. There is a counter displaying the quantity needed to rebuild.

Tips & Shortcuts

I like the tutorials on how to play the game is weaved into the game itself. New knowledge, characters, recipes, ingredients, mines, resources, quests, and challenges are revealed as you progress through the game. Here are some of the tips I picked up along the way:

Tip 1 Always Merge 5 Items

In this game, merging 3 of the same items will produce 1 higher level item. But when 5 items are merged, it produces 2 higher level items. It may take longer to wait for 5 items and the board may get crowded, but it is more resource efficient.

Tip 2 Clear Quests

A list of quests appears on the left side of the board. They help you prioritize tasks since there are many things you can do. The rewards they give can be substantial. They also get progressively difficult.

There are also daily quests and weekly quests with rewards which are usually coins and gems.

Tip 3 Make Good Use of the Puppet Craftsman

Pieces of the puppet craftsman are produced when you mine resources. Not sure what to do with them?

Merge them into puppet craftsmen Level 5 which can be used to fast-track building activities. Drop them on building materials and they will complete it in no time. Do note that they cannot fast track mining, only building.

Tip 4 Collect Daily Chests

Always collect the daily chests from the Shop. Tap and hold to see what they contain. These chests cannot be merged. So, just open them when you get them.

Tip 5 Spend Coins and Gems

I have a tendency to hoard coins and gems. It is better to make timely purchases of items. Spending gems and coins are frequent quests on the Daily or Weekly quest boards. I like to buy ingredients just to clear the quest.

Tip 6 Do not miss the Time-based Ranking Events

Mergeland Alice’s Adventure has a lot of events and festivals. The one that you MUST not miss is the ranking events. These are the ones that let you collect epic building materials.

That is all I have for now. If you have any questions about the game, ask using the comment box below. I will try to find the answer. I have a Youtube playlist on Mergeland Alice’s Adventure.

Happy gaming!

I can’t figure our what I need to turn the greenhouse buildings into ones I can use. They say they can be used for repair but I can’t find anywhere to use them or turn the add button green

You mean the garden? Do you have the magic dust? The purple items that exhausted plants give out. Merge those into bottles. These are the ones needed to open the garden for repair.
